To cancel your order, you must notify us by calling our helpline or by emailing us of your decision to cancel your order. You may use the model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. Once completed, submit it electronically to the email address above, or by mail to the postal address marked Refunds and Cancellations above. If you do not use a model cancellation form, you must clearly state your intention to cancel the product. In order to meet the cancellation period, you only need to send the communication regarding the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
